Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available upon request. The sample cost is deductible from your first bulk order. We recommend testing samples to verify quality, fitment, and performance.
Can you mix different models in one container?
Yes, we support mixed model orders. You can combine multiple vehicle applications in a single 20FT or 40HQ container. Please provide your model list and we'll optimize the mix for you.
What is your lead time?
For stock models: 7 Work day For custom/OEM orders:45-75 days after order confirmation. We can expedite for urgent requests – please contact us.
Do you offer private label / custom packaging?
Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services including custom box printing, label design, and even custom valve tuning for large-volume buyers. Minimum quantities apply for custom packaging – please inquire.

What shipping methods do you use?
We offer sea freight (most economical for bulk), air freight (faster), and express courier (sample/small orders). We work with trusted freight forwarders and can arrange door-to-door delivery.

Each shock is packed in an individual carton with protective inserts, then packed in master cartons and secured on pallets or steel frames for container shipping to prevent damage during transit.
